• Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. The Inner Journaling is not liable for undelivered packages due to address errors.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
